Plannorium is registered and primarily governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (NDPR). However, as a regional orchestration layer, we strictly respect and comply with the data sovereignty requirements, electronic transaction acts, and clinical governance standards of every territory we operate in across the MENA Region. This includes adherence to local health data residency and privacy mandates in Saudi Arabia, UAE, and beyond.
